Brains, Burnout & Balance – Volume 01

Raw reflections from students on navigating exams, expectations, and emotions.

This isn’t a topper’s guide or a one-size-fits-all strategy post. These are real voices, from real students – each walking their own exam journey

```I feel very excited during exams because it is the time where you are going to put your knowledge on the paper in the form of words which you have gained throughout the semester. The biggest challenge i face is the revision of the entire syllabus and i manage it by marking down the important topics and noting down the key points which helps to present the paper clearly. i feel a pressure is created during exams if you are not well prepared for it. My sincere advice to avoid pressure and stress is "start earlier" preparation. Consistency is what matters more!!!```
```I feel like these exams are not revealing our true talent or capability. In my pov,studying one night before the exam day will not give any knowledge and we can't even remember it after the exam. During my 10th class days,I used to study all subjects entire study materials, I'm proud of that study and knowledge.But now, studies are like "In one night for one time"🙃```

```Exams make me really stressed. I’m tired and can’t sleep because I’m scared of failing. To feel better, I study a bit, then take breaks to listen to music or walk. It calms me down. I also make a study plan, but focusing is still tough. Talking about this helps—I know others feel the same.```
```"Exams come and go like relatives". In my opinion exams are just to proving  ourself to Others It not necessary to take it serious because it makes no scense that to proving ourself with others. Like many say that a piece of paper doesn't decide once future in similar way exams are not necessary to take it serious and you know Once think of How many exams you have given from your child hood till today do you remember how many marks did you got in 8th class i guess you don't remember because we are burn out and exhasted in exam.
In simple we have struct in a while loop called rat race No one is realizing what the reality is.
I feel few times that it is not necessary that to study and give exams with pressure because in this beautiful life i feel it not necessary to burry ourself under pressure called exams because this pressure makes no scense unless proving ourself to others this. Can't we live happily without education many many people got success without writting any exams this simple fact can't be realized by our parents and our relatives and they keep on cimparing with others there is no one rupee of use on comparing ourself to others like" each one hand writing is different during exam scripts"simillary each one is different and unique simillary each and everyone is different one thing i can say that it is not necessary totake exams seriously because this is one and  only one life and we shoulf not just live we should lead the life and enjoy every moment and if we take stress our mental health gets disturbed and use to feel low.
So it is necessary to take relatives words seriously Simillary There is no need to worry about exams because no on stops a person who is intrested in one thing. So don't take exams seriously and be chill and enjoy the moment.```

  1. Exams aren't all about studying, it's also how we handle stress and pressure. Sometimes, after reading everything, I feel dizzy and tired. What keeps me going is focusing on one thing at a time and having frequent breaks. I also try not to compare. Everyone learns in their own way. I think it's fine to rest, to get stressed, and not be perfect. My suggestion is don't wait until the last minute, begin early, and remain calm. It's only an exam, not your entire life. Do your best, and that's sufficient.
